Spiritual authority does not automatically mean financial authority, and financial authority does not mean audit authority.
Spiritual leadership
The pastors lead worship, teaching, prayer and pastoral care.
Executive & administration
The executive team runs the ministry and its institutions day to day.
Finance
The finance office keeps the accounts; spending needs approvals no one can give themselves.
Governance
The Board of Trustees oversees the ministry, approves budgets and the annual stewardship report.
Audit & review
The accounts and controls are independently reviewed, and the reviewer's opinion is published.
Succession
Leaders are developed and succession is planned, so the ministry can serve generations to come.
