By the authority of Psalm 34:19, I decree that every chain of the spirit of heaviness is broken, and my spirit is set free.

Father, Your Word says, “Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the LORD delivereth him out of them all” (Psalm 34:19). Deliver my spirit from the spirit of heaviness, in Jesus’ name.
