A prayer point for right now
Lord, I stand in the gap for my family and friends. According to Luke 12:15, “Take heed, and beware of covetousness: for a man’s life consisteth not in the abundance of the things which he possesseth”. Break lack and provide for their household, in Jesus’ name.

Father, Your Word says, “I am the LORD thy God which teacheth thee to profit” (Isaiah 48:17). Deliver me from poverty in old age and provide for my old age, in Jesus’ name.

By the authority of Jesus’ name and the promise of Isaiah 48:17, I stand against poverty in old age and speak increase over my old age.

Lord, I lift my hands in thanksgiving. As Isaiah 48:17 says, “I am the LORD thy God which teacheth thee to profit”, I receive my breakthrough over poverty in old age.
-
I confess with my mouth what Isaiah 48:17 says: “I am the LORD thy God which teacheth thee to profit”. This is my portion concerning poverty in old age.
-
Father, I lift up everyone struggling with poverty in old age today. Let Isaiah 48:17 be fulfilled in their lives.
-
Standing on Joel 2:25, “And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten”, I declare God’s blessing over my old age and break the hold of poverty in old age over my life, in the name of Jesus.
-
Lord, according to Joel 2:25, lay Your hand on my old age and restore all that poverty in old age took.
-
Joel 2:25 declares, “And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten”. Standing in faith, I resist poverty in old age and commit my old age to God’s faithful care.
-
Thank You, Lord, for Joel 2:25: “And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten”. I thank You in advance for turning poverty in old age into a testimony.
-
My faith rests on Joel 2:25. Therefore poverty in old age will not have the final word over my old age.
-
Lord, as I pray for families under financial pressure tonight, especially those facing poverty in old age, open Your good treasure to them (Joel 2:25).
