A prayer point for right now
Lord, I stand in the gap for the families I love. According to Psalm 68:5, “A father of the fatherless, and a judge of the widows, is God in his holy habitation”. Break grief and loneliness and bless their household after their spouse’s passing, in Jesus’ name.

Standing on Proverbs 15:1, “A soft answer turneth away wrath: but grievous words stir up anger”, I declare God’s peace over my courtship and an end to broken engagements, in the name of Jesus.
-
Lord, according to Proverbs 15:1, touch my courtship with Your love and restore all that broken engagements damaged.
-
Proverbs 15:1 declares, “A soft answer turneth away wrath: but grievous words stir up anger”. Standing in faith, I resist broken engagements and place my courtship in the hands of God.
-
Thank You, Lord, for Proverbs 15:1: “A soft answer turneth away wrath: but grievous words stir up anger”. I thank You in advance for turning broken engagements into a testimony.
-
My faith rests on Proverbs 15:1. Therefore broken engagements will not have the final word over my courtship.
-
Lord, as I pray for marriages and homes tonight, especially those troubled by broken engagements, send Your peace and restore them (Proverbs 15:1).
-
“Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath” (Ephesians 4:26). Because this Word is true, I declare that broken engagements shall have no place in my home, in Jesus’ name.
-
Gracious Father, as it is written in Ephesians 4:26, “Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath”, let Your Spirit heal my courtship and drive out broken engagements today.
-
In the name of Jesus, I stand on Ephesians 4:26: “Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath”. I refuse to let broken engagements define our story, and I speak God’s peace over my courtship.
-
Father, I praise You because Ephesians 4:26 is true for my family. I give You glory for restoring my courtship and ending broken engagements.
-
I agree with heaven today: “Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath” (Ephesians 4:26). I place my courtship under God’s covenant, and broken engagements must go.
